Public Market Investments
We participate in PIPEs and other structured public equity transactions for listed companies pursuing strategic growth, balance sheet optimization, or transformational initiatives. These investments are typically minority positions and are evaluated through a public markets and capital markets lens, not a control or buyout framework.
Blockchain and Digital Asset Investments
We invest in blockchain native companies and digital asset infrastructure where public company ownership or public market capital can accelerate scale, adoption, and market visibility. Focus areas include validator and staking operations, digital asset treasury strategies, and blockchain enabled software or infrastructure.
Growth Investments
We selectively invest in technology and clinical stage biotechnology companies. This includes pre revenue technology platforms and biotechnology programs in the clinic with defined development milestones and clear public market comparables.
Industry Exposure
Our investments are sector flexible. Where relevant, we focus on businesses that align with public market structures, long term growth themes, and scalable platforms.
Exclusions
We do not invest in upstream oil and gas exploration or production.
